About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Development Engineer with strong expertise in software engineering, AWS cloud technologies, DevOps, and developer platform engineering. This role requires hands-on engineers who can work across development teams, understand complex architectures, drive platform adoption, and build scalable solutions in a fast-paced Agile environment. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement full stack solutions using TypeScript, Golang, or Python • Manage AWS Cloud infrastructure with CI/CD pipelines and developer workflow automation • Implement and maintain containerization solutions using Docker • Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and AWS CDK • Utilize monitoring and observability tools like CloudWatch, New Relic, and Grafana Requirements • 5+ years of hands-on experience with AWS Cloud, CI/CD, and Developer Workflow Automation • Strong programming experience in TypeScript, Golang, or Python • Experience with GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, or Flux • Strong knowledge of Docker and Containerization • Database experience with MySQL or PostgreSQL • Experience with AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Windsurf Good to Have • Developer Platform Engineering experience • Experience with AWS services: EKS, EC2, DynamoDB, SQS, SNS, and RDS • Application troubleshooting and technical documentation skills • Strong communication, collaboration, and technical leadership skills
