About the Role We are looking for a Full Stack Development Manager with deep expertise in the US healthcare provider domain to lead design, development, and delivery of complex, high-availability applications on .NET/C# and modern front-end frameworks. This is a hands-on technical leadership role with direct ownership of engineering standards, team performance, and delivery outcomes. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end full stack development across provider domain applications, from architecture and design through delivery and production support • Define and enforce engineering best practices, coding standards, and design patterns for .NET/C# backend and React/Angular frontend development • Own technical delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams, managing timelines, dependencies, quality, and stakeholder expectations • Lead technical design reviews, architecture discussions, and code review processes to maintain solution quality and consistency • Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, and Agile delivery governance across distributed onshore and offshore engineering teams • Manage and mentor a team of Technical Leads and Senior Engineers, establishing clear accountability and supporting career growth • Lead incident response, root-cause analysis, and long-term reliability improvements for provider-facing systems • Collaborate with DevOps and cloud engineering teams to ensure CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure, and deployment practices meet quality and compliance standards Requirements • 12–15 years of experience in full stack development • Deep expertise in the US healthcare provider domain • Strong experience with .NET/C#, React/Angular, AWS, and healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, X12 EDI) • Experience with AI-Assisted Engineering • Leadership experience with onshore/offshore delivery teams
