About the Role We are seeking a Full Stack Development Manager with deep expertise in the US healthcare provider domain to lead technical design, development, and delivery of complex applications. This hands-on leadership role involves direct ownership of engineering standards, team performance, and delivery outcomes across distributed teams. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end full stack development across provider domain applications • Define and enforce engineering best practices for .NET/C# backend and React/Angular frontend development • Own technical delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams • Lead technical design reviews, architecture discussions, and code review processes • Drive sprint planning and Agile delivery governance across distributed teams • Manage and mentor Technical Leads and Senior Engineers • Lead incident response and reliability improvements for provider-facing systems • Collaborate with DevOps and cloud engineering teams on CI/CD pipelines Requirements • Deep expertise in US healthcare provider domain • Strong background in .NET/C# and modern front-end frameworks • Experience leading distributed engineering teams • Knowledge of healthcare credentialing systems • Technical leadership and mentorship experience • Understanding of Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices
