About the Role We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer to join our team and support a cloud modernization and governance initiative within the healthcare technology space. Key Responsibilities • Understand, enhance, and modernize existing platforms • Develop new functionality and scalable solutions • Participate in architecture and technical design • Conduct code reviews and support QE/testing activities • Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions Requirements • 8+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer • 3+ years of Leadership/Supervisory Experience • 3+ years of experience with Python • 3+ years of experience with GoLang • 3+ years of experience with Terraform • 3+ years of experience with Public Cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP) • Strong Software Engineering & Architecture/Design experience • Experience with Code Reviews & Quality Engineering/Testing • Experience building and enhancing enterprise platforms Preferred Background • 5+ years of Healthcare & Technology experience • Enterprise-scale cloud platform experience • Strong software engineering and problem-solving skills • Leadership or mentoring experience AI-Enabled Engineering Candidates should be comfortable using enterprise-approved AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and GenAI platforms for coding & development, documentation, data analysis, decision-making and productivity, and improving delivery quality and engineering velocity.
