About the Role We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer to join our team in Washington, DC. This role focuses on supporting high-impact customer initiatives and building production-grade user interfaces. Key Responsibilities • Work across the entire application stack with a strong emphasis on React and either Python or Java • Architect and build performant microservices • Tackle complex engineering challenges and guide technical decision-making • Experience with high-throughput, low-latency systems and modern cloud tooling Requirements • 8+ years of full stack development experience • 5+ years of hands-on React development • Strong background in Java-based web development and distributed systems • Proven experience building production-grade React applications • Experience using AI-assisted development tools for design, implementation, testing, and troubleshooting • Solid understanding of application architecture and modern design patterns • Proficiency with Git, branching strategies, code reviews, and CI/CD • Experience leading engineering teams or mentoring developers • Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments • US Citizenship Required • Security Clearance Level: successful candidate will be required to undergo public trust investigation
