About the Role We are seeking a Full Stack Java Developer for a 6+ month contract position. This role requires initial remote work with a transition to fully onsite in Columbus, OH in the coming months. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain Java applications using J2EE and Spring Boot • Design and implement REST APIs • Create frontend components using Angular, React, and JavaScript • Work with SQL databases including Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MySQL • Implement CI/CD pipelines and follow Agile methodologies Requirements • Strong hands-on experience with Java and J2EE • Proficiency in Spring Boot and Microservices architecture • Experience with REST API development and integration • Frontend development skills with Angular, React, and JavaScript • Knowledge of SQL databases – Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills • Preferred knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP Important Requirements • Must be currently local to Ohio (OH) • Valid Ohio local Driver's License (DL) is mandatory • Active LinkedIn profile is required • Previous State Government experience is required • Willingness to work fully onsite in Columbus, OH in the coming months
