About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Java Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React.js, AWS, and Microservices to join our growing team in Dubai. This role focuses on building scalable, cloud-native applications and modern user experiences. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot • Build responsive and high-performance web applications using React.js and TypeScript • Develop secure REST APIs and integrate frontend applications with backend services • Design and implement microservices and event-driven architectures using Kafka and AWS services • Deploy and manage cloud-native applications on AWS • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code with unit and integration testing • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment • Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve system performance and reliability • Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot to enhance engineering productivity Requirements • 6–10 years of experience in full stack development • Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Microservices • Proficiency in React.js, React Hooks, Redux, Context API, and TypeScript • Experience with AWS Services including EC2, Lambda, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, IAM, SNS, and SQS • Knowledge of Docker and Cloud-Native Application Deployment • SQL Development, Data Modeling, and Performance Tuning experience • Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Oracle • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD Pipelines, and JWT Authentication • Experience with Apache Kafka and Event-Driven Architecture
