About the Role We are looking for a Full Stack Java Developer to join our team at Flairstech. This role focuses on building scalable, high-performance applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement robust systems using Java 8+ and Spring Boot • Develop RESTful APIs and work with Microservices Architecture • Utilize Spring Security, OAuth2/JWT, JPA, and Hibernate for secure applications • Apply SOLID principles, design patterns, and clean code practices • Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers • Take ownership of technical solutions from design to deployment Requirements • Strong proficiency in Java 8+ and Spring Boot • Solid experience with Microservices Architecture, RESTful APIs, and System Design • Hands-on experience with Spring Security, OAuth2/JWT, JPA, Hibernate, and relational databases • Strong understanding of SOLID principles, design patterns, clean code, and software testing using JUnit and Mockito • Experience with Redis, Docker, Maven/Gradle, and Git • Frontend development experience with Angular and TypeScript • At least 5+ years of experience in Backend Development Benefits • Opportunity to work on complex technical challenges • Collaborative and innovative work environment
