About the Role We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Java Developer to join a dynamic team and contribute to designing, developing, and optimizing scalable enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop scalable enterprise applications • Optimize application performance • Collaborate with cross-functional teams Requirements • Minimum 5+ years of relevant development experience • Strong hands-on experience with Core Java, J2EE, and Java 8+ • Experience with Spring Boot and Spring Framework • Frontend development using Angular or React • Knowledge of RESTful Web Services and Microservices Architecture • Experience with Hibernate, Spring JPA, and relational databases (SQL) • Familiarity with build tools: Maven and Gradle • Experience with Git and Linux/Unix environments • Strong understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, Collections, and Multithreading • Experience with Agile methodologies, code reviews, and performance optimization Important Requirements • Must be willing to work onsite in Jersey City, NJ, five days a week • Must be available for an in-person interview
