About the Role We are seeking a Full Stack Java Developer to join our team for a contract position in Philadelphia, PA. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise applications and REST APIs. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications and REST APIs • Lead development efforts, conduct code reviews, and mentor developers • Collaborate with 10–15 onshore/offshore team members • Work on a customer service solutions platform, focusing 70% on enhancements and 30% on maintenance • Follow SDLC and Agile practices and leverage AI-assisted development tools Requirements • U.S. Citizenship • 10+ years of Java experience • 5+ years of Full Stack Development experience • 2+ years of Lead experience • Strong Java, Spring Boot, Angular, Web Services, and REST APIs • GCP and AI-assisted development knowledge • Excellent communication skills and a professional LinkedIn profile Preferred • Genesys Cloud, React, microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and healthcare/insurance domain experience
