About the Role We are seeking a Full Stack Java Developer for a contract-to-hire position in Philadelphia, PA with a hybrid work model. This role requires local candidates with USC or GC/GC-EAD status. Key Responsibilities • Build and support applications using Angular and Java Spring Boot • Develop UI components and backend APIs • Integrate front-end with backend services and databases • Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis • Participate in code reviews and Agile ceremonies • Support deployments and application modernization initiatives • Work closely with Architects, BAs, QA teams, and business stakeholders Requirements • 5+ years of Full Stack Development experience • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Leadership abilities to guide and drive initiatives • Understanding of AI Development Lifecycle (AIDLC) and hands-on experience with AI coding assistants • Angular 16+ • Java 17+ • Spring Boot • Microservices • REST APIs • TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS • SQL (PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL) • OAuth2 / JWT / SSO • GitHub/GitLab • Production support, debugging, and troubleshooting • Agile/Scrum experience
