About the Role We are looking for a hands-on Full Stack Lead to guide the architecture, development, security, and delivery of an in-house game management system and a portfolio of 30+ enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities • Design and manage scalable application architectures using modern web technologies • Establish and uphold technical standards, design patterns, modular and microservices architectures, and security practices • Lead the design and development of web applications, workflows, reports, and REST and GraphQL APIs • Review code from internal teams and external vendors, maintaining high standards for quality, performance, and scalability • Prepare Technical Specification Documents (TSDs) and develop unit test cases aligned with business and functional requirements • Establish secure coding guidelines and conduct security-focused reviews to help prevent common vulnerabilities • Work with infrastructure and security teams on audits, dependency scans, and vulnerability remediation across AWS environments • Mentor developers and support API integration, testing, debugging, deployment, sprint planning, estimation, and resource allocation • Help improve AWS infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and UAT and test environments • Promote data protection practices, including encryption in transit and at rest, secure authentication, role-based access control, and the safe handling of sensitive information Requirements • 6 to 10 years of experience in full stack development • Strong experience with Angular, TypeScript, Node.js, Next.js, React, React Native, PostgreSQL, and MySQL • Experience with AWS environments and security practices • Knowledge of OWASP Top 10 risks and secure coding guidelines • Experience with technical documentation and unit testing • Leadership experience in guiding development teams and mentoring developers
