About the Role We are seeking a Full Stack .NET Developer for a Texas Government contract position. This role requires extensive experience in full stack application development with a focus on healthcare and public health applications. Key Responsibilities • Develop full stack applications including UI, APIs, and backend systems • Implement security measures including authentication and authorization • Integrate various data platforms and cloud services • Work with healthcare data privacy and governance standards • Utilize cloud-native integration and event-driven architecture Requirements • 15+ years of overall experience • 8+ years of full stack application development • Strong experience with React, TypeScript, JavaScript • Proficiency in Python, FastAPI, and Terraform • Experience with API integration and data integration • Knowledge of security protocols including OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and SAML • Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare data privacy • Experience with AWS Cloud Services and AWS HealthLake • Experience with Snowflake and other cloud data platforms • Proficiency with Git, GitHub, CI/CD, and DevSecOps • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes • Experience with enterprise portals and role-based access control • Healthcare / Public Health Application Development experience preferred Benefits • Contract position with a Texas Government agency • Hybrid work model with 3 days remote and 2 days onsite • Opportunity to work on healthcare-related projects
