About the Role We are looking for a Full Stack .NET Developer to join the Texas Government team. This role focuses on developing and maintaining applications with a focus on healthcare and public health applications. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement full stack applications using .NET • Develop UI components and integrate APIs • Work with React, TypeScript, and JavaScript for frontend development • Implement authentication and authorization using OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and SAML • Ensure HIPAA compliance and healthcare data security • Utilize AWS Services and AWS HealthLake for cloud solutions • Implement DevSecOps practices and containerization with Docker and Kubernetes • Provide production support and ensure application security Requirements • 15+ years of experience in application development • 8+ years of experience in full stack application development • Proficiency in .NET Full Stack Development • Experience with UI Development and API Integration • Knowledge of React, TypeScript, and JavaScript • Experience with Python and FastAPI • Familiarity with Terraform • Understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms • Experience with HIPAA, healthcare data security, and data governance • Knowledge of AWS Services and AWS HealthLake • Experience with Snowflake and data integration • Proficiency with Git, GitHub, and CI/CD • Understanding of DevSecOps practices • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes • Knowledge of event-driven architecture Benefits • Opportunity to work on healthcare and public health applications • Chance to work with secure enterprise portals and cloud data platforms • Experience with automated testing and deployment
