About the Role We are looking for a Full Stack .NET Developer to join our team. This role requires extensive experience with both .NET backend and front-end development, with a focus on accessibility standards. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain .NET applications using C#, MVC, and Web Forms • Implement UI/UX solutions following enterprise design systems • Ensure compliance with WCAG 2.1 AA and Section 508 accessibility standards • Work with REST APIs, SQL Server, and Azure DevOps for CI/CD Requirements • Minimum 5 years of State Government client experience • Strong hands-on experience in both .NET and front-end development • Formal accessibility training and enterprise design system experience • Code samples or a UI-focused portfolio required upfront
