About the Role Wynn Las Vegas is seeking a hands-on Full Stack .NET Lead Developer to lead the design and development of scalable eCommerce and guest booking platforms. This role requires strong technical leadership and expertise in customer-facing applications. Key Responsibilities • Lead the design and development of scalable eCommerce and guest booking platforms • Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices • Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions • Ensure application security, performance optimization, and production support Requirements • 7+ years of software development experience with technical leadership • Strong expertise in C#, .NET / .NET Core, ASP.NET Web API • Hands-on experience with Entity Framework, LINQ, and SQL Server • Front-end expertise in React, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 • Strong experience in REST API development, integrations, and microservices/distributed systems • Cloud experience with Azure or AWS • CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions • Automated testing: xUnit, NUnit, Moq, or Jest • Strong technical leadership, code reviews, mentoring, and Agile/Scrum experience
