About the Role We are looking for a Full Stack .NET Lead Developer to join our team in Las Vegas, NV. This role requires strong technical leadership and expertise in both backend and frontend technologies. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement RESTful APIs • Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers • Collaborate with product team on technical requirements • Develop and maintain scalable applications Requirements • Strong experience in C#, .NET / .NET Core, ASP.NET Web API • Hands-on experience with Entity Framework, LINQ, and SQL Server • Frontend expertise in React, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 • Experience designing REST APIs and distributed integrations • Cloud experience with Azure or AWS • CI/CD experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions • Experience with automated testing (xUnit, NUnit, Moq, Jest) • Strong technical leadership, code review, and mentoring skills • Experience with eCommerce platforms, booking engines, and payment integrations is a plus
