About the Role We are seeking a Full Stack .NET Lead Developer to join our team in Las Vegas, NV. This role involves leading end-to-end development of scalable eCommerce and booking applications, providing technical leadership, and mentoring junior developers. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end development of scalable eCommerce and booking applications • Provide technical leadership, code reviews, architecture guidance, and mentorship • Design and develop backend services using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Web API, and Entity Framework • Build responsive frontend applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript • Develop and maintain REST APIs, microservices, and third-party integrations • Work on booking, reservations, availability, pricing, inventory, payments, and customer-facing experiences • Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, monitoring, and production support • Collaborate with product, UX, architecture, and business teams • Ensure application security, scalability, performance, and reliability Requirements • 7+ years of professional software development experience • Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Web API • Experience with Entity Framework, LINQ, and SQL Server • Strong frontend development experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 • Experience designing REST APIs, microservices, and distributed integrations • Cloud experience with Microsoft Azure or AWS • Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar CI/CD tools • Knowledge of automated testing frameworks such as xUnit, NUnit, Moq, and Jest • Proven experience leading developers, conducting code reviews, and making architectural decisions • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
