About the Role We are looking for a highly experienced Full-Stack Software Engineer to build a next-generation, AI-powered loans platform for a leading financial services organization. Key Responsibilities • Develop AI-powered applications that extract key terms from complex credit agreements • Support automated loan processing using LLMs, APIs, event-driven services, and modern full-stack technologies Requirements • Strong hands-on experience with Java, Python, and Angular • Experience with AI/LLM technologies and AI coding agents such as Codex or Claude • Strong expertise in REST APIs, microservices, Kafka, and event-driven architecture • Experience with Snowflake or comparable data platforms • Understanding of distributed systems, scalable architecture, and production support • Experience with AI-powered application development and end-to-end software delivery Preferred Skills • Banking, financial services, capital markets, or lending domain experience • RAG, prompt engineering, AI/ML integrations, and document processing • Credit agreements, loan servicing, or structured credit products • Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud technologies • Experience building greenfield platforms
