About the Role We are looking for a Technical Lead to own the architecture and development of a Banker Dashboard and drive future application modernization initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Own dashboard architecture and implementation • Define application standards, design patterns, and engineering practices • Lead UI and API modernization initiatives • Conduct code reviews and mentor developers • Collaborate with Product and Data Engineering teams Requirements • Frontend: React, TypeScript, modern web architecture, UI design patterns • Backend: Python, FastAPI, REST APIs, microservices • Security: Microsoft Entra ID, OAuth2, RBAC, SSO • Cloud & DevOps: Azure, Docker, GitLab CI/CD • Data: SQL, Databricks SQL, API integration Good to Have: Dashboard platforms, reporting solutions, and GenAI-enabled applications.
