About the Role We are seeking a Full Stack Technical Lead to join our team. This role involves leading the design, development, and modernization of enterprise applications using C#/.NET and Angular. Key Responsibilities • Lead the design, development, modernization, and maintenance of enterprise applications using C#/.NET and Angular • Modernize legacy applications by addressing technical debt, performance, reliability, and maintainability • Design and implement service extraction strategies to decouple monolithic applications into independent, maintainable services • Develop secure integrations with external systems using modern API architectures • Lead backend integration development using TypeScript and Node.js • Design and implement service-to-service communication using gRPC and Protocol Buffers • Develop and optimize SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and data-access layers • Build and maintain PostgreSQL-backed integrations • Deploy, integrate, and support application services on Microsoft Azure • Define API contracts, integration patterns, security standards, and error-handling strategies • Troubleshoot complex application and cross-service issues and drive root-cause analysis • Lead architecture discussions, technical design reviews, and code reviews • Mentor developers and establish coding, testing, and engineering best practices • Collaborate with architects, product owners, and engineering teams to deliver scalable technical solutions Requirements • Minimum 8+ years of overall software development experience • Strong hands-on development experience across the .NET full-stack ecosystem • Proven experience in enterprise application modernization and integration architecture • Demonstrated technical leadership, mentoring, architecture reviews, and delivery ownership
