About the Role We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Web Developer to design and build a new enterprise Technology Debt Management platform from the ground up. This AI-first development role requires incorporating AI throughout the software development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities • Design and build a centralized Technology Debt Management platform • Help establish application architecture, data model, APIs, and user experience • Incorporate AI throughout the development lifecycle • Develop requirements-to-code workflows • Implement application architecture and design • Generate code and create rapid prototypes • Perform refactoring, unit and integration testing • Conduct code reviews and defect identification • Create documentation • Troubleshoot and debug applications Requirements • Strong full-stack web application development experience • Demonstrated experience building applications from initial design through production • Modern frontend development using React, Angular or a comparable framework • Strong Typescript / JavaScript • Enterprise backend development experience using .NET/C#, Java/Spring Boot, Node.js or comparable technology • Strong SQL and relational database design • REST API design and systems integration • Authentication and authorization / RBAC • GIT-based development • CI/CD pipelines • Automated testing • Secure development practices • Modern responsive UI/UX development • Experience building data-intensive enterprise applications • Hands-on AI-assisted software development experience
