About the Role We’re looking for a talented Fullstack Developer to join our Unified CMS team and help build scalable, high-performance digital experiences for global audiences. Key Responsibilities • Build and maintain backend services and API integrations • Develop reusable React components and dynamic content blocks • Optimize web performance using Next.js and modern development practices • Manage content models and schemas within a Headless CMS • Improve code quality, testing, scalability, and platform reliability • Leverage AI-assisted development tools to boost productivity Requirements • 4–5+ years in Software Engineering • Strong JavaScript and TypeScript • Node.js and backend development experience • React and Next.js (SSR/SSG) expertise • REST APIs and GraphQL or gRPC knowledge • Headless CMS experience: Contentful, Contentstack, Strapi, or similar • Third-party API integrations • Unit, integration, and E2E testing (Jest, Playwright, RTL, or similar) • Git, CI/CD, ESLint, and Prettier • Personalization and A/B testing experience • Experience using AI-assisted development tools
