About the Role We are looking for a Functional Oracle ERP Architect with expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials to join our team. This role involves leading functional solution architecture across Oracle ERP Financials modules. Key Responsibilities • Lead functional solution architecture across Oracle ERP Financials, including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets (FA), AHCS, and Projects • Translate business requirements into scalable solutions aligned with Oracle best practices • Conduct requirements workshops, fit-gap analysis, and future-state finance process design • Design and govern Chart of Accounts (COA), enterprise structures, and financial data models • Review and govern Functional Design Documents (FDDs), process flows, configurations, and end-to-end solution designs • Serve as the primary liaison between Finance stakeholders, business teams, and IT • Define integration requirements and collaborate with technical teams on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) solutions • Support functional testing, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live activities • Standardize and optimize Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Project-to-Profit processes Requirements • 8+ years of Oracle ERP experience across Cloud and EBS • 5+ years of ERP/Solution Functional Architecture experience • 5+ years of hands-on Oracle ERP Cloud Financials experience • Strong finance and project accounting knowledge • Experience leading enterprise finance transformation initiatives • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
