About the Role We are looking for a GCP Data Engineer to join our team at TCS / CL-CMTS. This role focuses on designing and developing scalable data pipelines and robust cloud architectures. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop scalable data pipelines and robust cloud architectures • Build data ingestion, storage, and processing solutions using BigQuery, Dataflow, and Cloud Composer • Optimize SQL, Python, and ETL/ELT workflows for high-performance analytics • Develop solutions using Python, Java, Node.js, Git, Linux, and CLI utilities • Implement serverless architectures, microservices, and containerization across GCP/AWS/Azure • Support CI/CD for models and prompts, model registries, drift detection, and production monitoring • Collaborate with architects and senior developers to ensure high-quality deliverables Requirements • 8–10 years of experience with GCP development and data engineering • Strong hands-on experience with Python, Terraform, SQL, and cloud-based data processing • Experience building scalable, reliable, and optimized data solutions • Ability to collaborate with architecture and development teams
