About the Role
We are looking for a GCP DevOps Engineer to join our team, focusing on Google Customer Engagement AI (CCAI) and conversational agents.
Key Responsibilities
• Integrate cloud CI/CD pipelines with third-party IVR/contact-center platforms
• Work with Google Customer Engagement AI (CCAI) / Conversational Agents (Dialog flow CX/CXAS)
Requirements
• Hands-on experience with Google Customer Engagement AI (CCAI) / Conversational Agents
• Experience integrating cloud CI/CD pipelines with third-party IVR/contact-center platforms via APIs or webhooks
