Hiring || GCP Engineer || Plano,TX(Onsite) || SCV Healthcare || W2 Only Title: GCP Engineer Location: Plano, TX (Onsite) Experience: 8+ Years Job Type: Long Term Contract Job Description: Design, develop, and maintain cloud infrastructure using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services Deploy and manage applications on GCP using services like Compute Engine, App Engine, and Kubernetes Engine (GKE) Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or Deployment Manager Configure and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments Monitor system performance and ensure high availability, reliability, and scalability Implement security best practices including IAM roles, policies, and data protection Optimize cloud costs and resource utilization Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution Collaborate with development, DevOps, and security teams for seamless cloud integration Maintain documentation of cloud architecture, processes, and procedures. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services Hands-on experience with Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, BigQuery, GKE, Cloud Functions Experience with Terraform / Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Cloud Build) Strong understanding of networking concepts (VPC, Subnets, Load Balancing, VPN) Experience with Docker and Kubernetes Familiarity with monitoring tools like Stackdriver (Cloud Monitoring & Logging) Proficiency in scripting languages like Python / Bash Understanding of security and compliance best practices.
