Job Description
We are looking for a Lead SRE & AIOps Engineer to drive reliability and performance of an AI-powered call center platform. You will lead incident management, ensure system stability, and implement AI-driven operations across a cloud-native ecosystem using GCP and Generative AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Lead P1/P2 incident management, crisis handling, and RCA
Ensure reliability of AI/CCAI and telephony workflows
Drive AIOps initiatives for proactive monitoring and issue prevention
Manage observability, tracing, and system performance
Act as liaison between client, DevOps, and development teams
Oversee CI/CD pipelines and release stability
Required Skills
Strong experience in SRE / Incident Management (5+ years leadership)
Expertise in GCP (Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, BigQuery, GCS, Redis)
Hands-on with AI/ML stack (Vertex AI, Gemini, LangChain, CCAI)
Proficiency in Python (FastAPI) & REST APIs
Experience with Splunk, Datadog, Dynatrace
Knowledge of CI/CD (GitHub Actions)
Strong understanding of AIOps & monitoring at scale
