About the Role We are looking for a GenAI Agentic Developer to build the next generation of AI-powered enterprise applications. This role involves developing applications that can reason, retrieve information, use tools, and execute intelligent workflows. Key Responsibilities • Build Large Language Model (LLM) applications • Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines • Create AI Agents and agentic workflows • Integrate tool/function-calling • Develop AI assistants and intelligent chatbots • Implement enterprise knowledge search • Create document intelligence solutions • Implement AI-powered automation • Work with vector databases and semantic search • Integrate with enterprise APIs, data sources, and workflow systems • Utilize cloud-based AI services Requirements • Strong programming fundamentals, preferably Python • Hands-on exposure to GenAI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and RAG • Understanding of embeddings, vector search, and LLM application architecture • Exposure to agentic AI frameworks or autonomous-agent workflows • Ability to integrate LLM applications with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems • Understanding of accuracy, reliability, safety, cost, and performance considerations in production GenAI applications Experience 1–4 years of relevant experience
