About the Role We are looking for a GenAI DevOps Engineer to build and deploy production-ready AI agents using the Claude Agent SDK and Amazon Bedrock AgentCore Runtime. This role requires strong experience in AI agent development and DevOps practices. Key Responsibilities • Build and deploy production-ready AI agents using the Claude Agent SDK • Develop agent workflows using Python or TypeScript, tool calling, MCP, and API integrations • Deploy agents on Amazon Bedrock AgentCore Runtime • Build CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions for testing and deployment • Configure AWS IAM, ECR, Docker, and cloud security controls • Implement authentication, logging, monitoring, and observability • Troubleshoot and optimize production AI agents • Support deployments and collaborate with clients during technical workshops Requirements • Hands-on Claude Agent SDK experience building AI agents—not just prompt engineering • Practical experience deploying agents using Amazon Bedrock AgentCore Runtime • Proven ability to independently build GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines • Strong Python or TypeScript skills and API integration experience • Hands-on AWS Bedrock and AWS ecosystem experience • Experience deploying and supporting production AI agents • U.S. Citizens only • Must reside in a Western U.S. time zone • 12–15+ years of overall experience preferred • Ideal background includes 6–8 years in hands-on AI agent development and production deployment • Must be comfortable traveling to client sites
