About the Role We are looking for an experienced AI Agent Platform Engineer to design and build an enterprise-grade AI agent platform supporting scalable multi-agent orchestration, agentic workflows, model gateways, observability, governance, security, and automated evaluation frameworks. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop scalable, enterprise-grade AI agent platforms • Build agentic workflows using event-driven and workflow-based orchestration patterns • Implement centralized monitoring, tracing, metrics, and error tracking • Develop secure AI model gateways with authentication, authorization, access controls, and policy enforcement • Build automated evaluation frameworks, feedback loops, guardrails, and resilient AI engineering solutions • Enable teams to build, deploy, monitor, and manage AI agents using standardized enterprise architecture Requirements • 12+ years of experience in engineering • BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc in Engineering or a related technical field • Local candidates only with accepted work authorizations (H-1B, GC EAD, TN, L-2S, E-3) • Must be available to work onsite 3 days per week (Tuesday–Thursday)
