About the Role We are looking for a GenAI Tech Architect to join our team. This role focuses on driving AI-first engineering strategy and leading GenAI solution architecture across enterprise programs. Key Responsibilities • Drive AI-first engineering strategy and lead GenAI solution architecture across enterprise programs • Design scalable, cloud-native architectures leveraging LLMs, AI agents, orchestration frameworks, APIs, and microservices • Build and deploy GenAI-powered applications using GPT-4/4o, Claude, Gemini, Llama, and advanced Prompt & Context Engineering techniques • Leverage GitHub Copilot, Claude, and AI-assisted development tools to accelerate software delivery, optimize developer productivity, and enforce CI/CD engineering standards Requirements • 16+ years of IT experience • Experience with GenAI Solution Architecture, LLMs & AI Agents, Prompt & Context Engineering • Proficiency with GitHub Copilot, AI-Assisted Development, CI/CD & DevOps • Knowledge of AWS & Bedrock, Cloud-Native Architecture, AI Platform Engineering • Experience with Claude
