About the Role We are looking for a GenAI Technical Lead to join our team. This role focuses on building next-generation Generative AI applications and taking LLM solutions from PoC to production. Key Responsibilities • Build scalable GenAI applications from the ground up • Develop and optimize LLM-powered solutions for enterprise use cases • Implement production-ready RAG pipelines and agentic workflows • Drive LLMOps, fine-tuning and responsible AI practices • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor developers Requirements • Python Programming & GenAI Application Development • Experience with AutoGen, CrewAI, LangGraph, LlamaIndex & LangChain • Knowledge of RAG & Modular RAG Architectures • Experience with LLM Fine-Tuning — PEFT, QLoRA, LoRA • LLMOps, Deployment & Monitoring expertise • Multimodal AI — Text, Vision & Speech • Cloud Platforms — Azure, AWS & GCP • React, Streamlit, AG Grid & JavaScript • OCR & Document Intelligence • REST/SOAP API Integration • Data Modernization & Automated Data Curation • Responsible AI, Prompt Injection Security & AI Evaluation
