General & Operations Manager

We’re currently looking for 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿𝘀 to contribute 𝗮𝘀 𝗱𝗼𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗮 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗿𝘁-𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗺 𝗔𝗜 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, supporting a leading AI lab. 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲: General & Operations Manager (Independent Contractor) 𝗣𝗮𝘆: $90–$150/hour 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Remote (United States only) 𝗗𝘂𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Fully asynchronous | ~15 hrs/week (scalable up to 30+ hrs) | 3–4 weeks, starting immediately 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗼:  • Create structured tasks and deliverables based on real-world requests from your professional domain.  • Apply your operational judgment to diagnose and solve practical business and infrastructure problems.  • Contribute written inputs that help train and refine next-generation machine learning systems. 𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆:  • 4+ years of professional experience as a General Manager, Operations Manager, or similar leadership role.  • Strong written communication skills with attention to clarity and precision.  • Comfortable working independently on clearly scoped, short-term projects. 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗗𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘀:  • Independent contractor role with full schedule flexibility.  • Weekly payments via Stripe or Wise.  • No access to confidential or proprietary employer/client information required.  • Projects may be extended or concluded early based on performance and project needs.  • H1-B and STEM OPT candidates cannot be supported at this time.
