About the Role We are looking for a Generative AI Developer to join our team in Thousand Oaks, CA. This role focuses on developing chatbots and voicebots using Google Cloud technologies. Key Responsibilities • Development of Chatbot and Voicebot using Google Cloud Dialogflow CX • Experience in Looker Studio (Data Studio), SQL and Big Query • Integrate bot with Google Cloud Functions, Firestore DB and third party APIs • Experience in Node.js or Python for webhook and fulfillment development • Hands on experience in JIRA for development task activities and defect fixes Requirements • Mandatory skills include Generative AI Development • Experience with Google Cloud Dialogflow CX • Knowledge of Looker Studio, SQL, and Big Query • Ability to integrate with Google Cloud Functions, Firestore DB, and third party APIs • Proficiency in Node.js or Python for webhook and fulfillment development • Experience with JIRA for development tasks and defect fixes
