About the Role We are looking for a Genesys Cloud Architect to join our team. This role focuses on designing and implementing complex contact center solutions using Genesys Cloud CX and Architect. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement Genesys Cloud CX and Architect solutions • Develop IVR, ACD, queue and skills-based call routing systems • Create complex inbound/in-queue flows and routing logic • Integrate Genesys Data Actions and REST APIs • Utilize JSON, OAuth, and Postman for API integrations • Implement Architect expressions, variables, conditions and error handling • Lead enterprise contact-center/IVR implementation projects Requirements • Strong hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud CX and Architect • Experience with IVR, ACD, queue and skills-based call routing • Ability to design complex inbound/in-queue flows and routing logic • Knowledge of Genesys Data Actions and REST API integrations • Understanding of JSON, OAuth, and Postman • Strong understanding of Architect expressions, variables, conditions and error handling • Enterprise contact-center/IVR implementation experience
