About the Role We are looking for a Genesys Cloud Architect to join our team for a 5+ month contract. This role requires extensive experience with Genesys Cloud and Salesforce integration. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement Genesys Cloud solutions • Integrate Salesforce with CTI connectors • Develop API integrations and custom features • Configure call flows, IVR, routing, and queues • Manage contact center migration and troubleshooting Requirements • 5+ years of experience as a Genesys Cloud Architect • 5+ years with CX Cloud for Salesforce and CTI Connectors • 5+ years of Salesforce Integration and Screen-Pop experience • 5+ years with Genesys Cloud Analytics and Reporting • 5+ years in Workforce Management • 3+ years of API Integration and Custom Development • Strong hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud and Salesforce integration • Ability to work under tight project timelines
