About the Role We are actively seeking a talented GIS Specialist to join a major Public Sector initiative focused on leveraging spatial data and administering cutting-edge ArcGIS platforms. This role will drive digital accessibility and support various GIS applications. Key Responsibilities • Support and maintain user management, data management, and metadata creation across ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Enterprise deployments. • Audit and implement WCAG-aligned digital accessibility standards across published GIS items. • Build, configure, and publish custom applications using ArcGIS Experience Builder, Survey123, and Field Maps. • Publish hosted and referenced map image and feature services. • Collaborate across business units to conduct requirements gathering and translate business needs into GIS solutions. Requirements • 5+ years of experience with ArcGIS Pro. • 5+ years of experience with ArcGIS Online Administration, Web Mapping, and Cartography. • 5+ years of strong oral/written communication and translating non-GIS requests into GIS outcomes. • 4+ years of experience with ArcGIS Enterprise Administration and Server Management. • 3+ years of experience with Survey123, Field Maps, and Experience Builder. • 3+ years of experience with Arcade and Python Scripting (or SQL).
