About the Role We are looking for an experienced Golang Developer to build high-performance, scalable backend systems for mission-critical financial technology platforms. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain applications using Go (Golang), C, and C++ • Build scalable, distributed, and low-latency backend systems • Develop multithreaded and concurrent applications • Optimize system performance, memory management, and resource utilization • Work with REST APIs, microservices, messaging systems, and databases • Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and follow coding best practices Requirements • 5+ years of software development experience • Strong hands-on experience with Golang, C, and C++ • Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms • Experience with Linux/Unix environments • Expertise in concurrency, multithreading, and performance tuning • Experience with REST APIs and microservices • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and debugging tools
