About the Role We are looking for an experienced Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Developer to join our team. This role focuses on designing scalable data models and developing data pipelines using Google Cloud technologies. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop scalable data models using Google BigQuery and Google Cortex Framework • Build and optimize SQL queries for large-scale data transformation • Implement data pipelines using Google Dataform • Apply Medallion Architecture principles to organize and manage data workflows • Integrate metadata catalog solutions to improve data discovery and governance • Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver reliable data solutions • Support downstream BI reporting and visualization requirements • Maintain code quality and automate deployments using Jenkins and GitHub Requirements • 5+ years of experience with Google Cloud Data Catalog • 5+ years of experience with Google BigQuery • 5+ years of experience with Google Cortex Framework • Strong SQL and ETL development experience • Experience with Google Dataform for data pipeline orchestration • Knowledge of Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver & Gold layers) • Understanding of Metadata Management and Data Governance • Experience with Jenkins for CI/CD automation • Proficiency with Git & GitHub for version control • Familiarity with VS Code development environment
