Job Title: Graphic Designer (Virtual Assistant) About the company You will be working with a Canadian supplement brand (protein powder, creatine, pre-workout) currently undergoing a full turnaround under new ownership. The team is small but fast-moving, rebuilding its Amazon presence, shopify, website, retail footprint, and social channels simultaneously. What you'll do Produce graphics for Amazon listings, the Shopify website, Meta ads, and retail/print materials Work through a shared project management queue and deliver assets fast Collaborate daily with the in-house graphic designer and digital marketing director Support ongoing brand refresh work, packaging updates, promotional banners, social creatives Accept feedback quickly and iterate without lengthy back-and-forth What we're looking for Strong portfolio demonstrating e-commerce and consumer brand design Fast, reliable output, quality without sacrificing speed Comfortable with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Canva Pro Experience in the health, wellness, or fitness space is a plus Able to work EST business hours (Toronto-based team) Skills Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator Canva E-commerce assets Brand design Fast turnaround Experience with modern AI tools for faster and more efficient production is a strong plus.
