About the Role We are looking for a Certified Scrum Master with strong Guidewire experience to lead Agile delivery for an Insurance platform modernization project. Key Responsibilities • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies - Daily Standup, Sprint Planning, Retrospective, Sprint Review/Demo for 2-3 Guidewire Scrum teams • Act as servant leader and coach for Guidewire Product Owners, Developers (Gosu), QA, and Business Analysts • Remove impediments, manage dependencies between Guidewire tracks (Policy, Billing, Claims) and integration teams (MuleSoft, DataHub) • Track and publish Agile metrics - Velocity, Burndown, Sprint predictability, guide teams to improve • Partner with Release Train Engineer (RTE) for PI Planning (SAFe) if SAFe environment • Ensure Guidewire best practices - Configuration vs Customization, Integration standards are followed • Shield team from outside distractions and enforce Agile principles • Drive continuous improvement and foster self-organizing, high-performing teams • Coordinate UAT, SIT for Guidewire releases and manage Jira/Azure boards Requirements • 8+ years as Scrum Master, with 3+ years in Guidewire InsuranceSuite projects • Deep understanding of Guidewire - PolicyCenter / ClaimCenter / BillingCenter workflows (Submissions, Quotes, FNOL, Claims lifecycle) • Strong experience with SAFe / Scrum / Kanban • Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM II, SAFe SSM) • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Rally • Experience working with distributed teams - Onsite/Offshore model • Strong conflict resolution and stakeholder management
