About the Role We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Business Analyst with strong expertise in healthcare data integration, interoperability, and HL7 standards to support enterprise healthcare data exchange initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Support enterprise healthcare data exchange initiatives • Analyze and integrate healthcare data • Ensure compliance with HL7, FHIR, CCD, ADT, and SIU standards • Work with healthcare terminologies including ICD-10, CPT, and LOINC • Perform data analysis and validation using SQL • Utilize modern data platforms like Databricks • Manage Agile, Azure DevOps, or JIRA processes • Create BRD/FRD, Use Cases, Process Flows, and Data Mapping Requirements • Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills • Experience collaborating with technical and data integration teams • Excellent documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Domain knowledge in Claims, Enrollment, HEDIS, Prior Authorization, Care Management, and Risk Adjustment
