About the Role We are looking for a Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join Everise and support CVS/Aetna members with their healthcare needs. Key Responsibilities • Handle inbound customer service calls • Assist with prescription refill orders and order status inquiries • Provide estimated prescription copays • Help members with grievances and coverage determinations • Educate members about healthcare plan benefits and coverage Requirements • High School Diploma or GED • At least 18 years old • Authorized to work in the U.S. • 3-6 months of customer service experience • Open schedule availability • Comfortable working weekends and holidays as needed • Background Check & Drug Screen Required Campaign Start on November 3, 2026
