About the Role We are looking for an experienced Healthcare IT Project Manager to lead the implementation of a new billing system as part of an incoming hospital integration. Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end healthcare IT projects and billing system implementations • Coordinate hospital integration and healthcare revenue cycle initiatives • Collaborate with clinical applications, business applications, and infrastructure teams • Track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and risks • Coordinate cross-functional teams of 10–30+ members • Maintain stakeholder communication and ensure successful project delivery Requirements • 5+ years of project management experience • Healthcare IT project delivery experience • Knowledge of healthcare billing systems and revenue cycle management • Strong communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills Preferred Skills • Hands-on experience with Cerner / Oracle Health • Healthcare billing system implementation experience • PMP, Epic, or Cerner certifications are a plus, but not required
