About the Role We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Subject Matter Expert (SME) with strong expertise in Medicaid/Medicare programs, advanced SQL, healthcare data analysis, and enterprise healthcare systems. Key Responsibilities • Support project compliance activities and ensure accurate, reliable healthcare data • Provide expertise in Medicaid/Medicare programs and healthcare data analysis • Work with State Medicaid Agencies, MES/MMIS, EDW DDI, and CMS federal reporting Requirements • 10+ Years of IT Experience • Strong Business Analysis / Data Analysis Background • Hands-on Experience with Advanced SQL & Data Validation • Healthcare Experience in Medicaid / Medicare • Experience with MES / MMIS or EDW DDI • Knowledge of CMS Federal Reporting and ETL Processes • Strong Documentation, Analytical, and Communication Skills • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Project, SharePoint, and Teams
