About the Role We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Subject Matter Expert (SME) with strong expertise in State Medicaid Agency operations, Medicaid Enterprise Systems (MES/MMIS), CMS federal reporting, and healthcare data management. Key Responsibilities • Bring hands-on experience in advanced SQL, data reconciliation, ETL processes, enterprise data warehousing, and healthcare data validation • Provide expertise in Medicaid / Medicare programs and State Medicaid Agency operations • Manage Medicaid Enterprise Systems (MES) / MMIS and CMS-64 Federal Expenditure Reporting • Handle MARS / T-MSIS / PERM Federal Reporting • Utilize Tableau / Power BI for data visualization • Work with Azure DevOps / JIRA / SharePoint for project management Requirements • 10+ years of IT industry experience • Strong Business Analysis (BA) and Data Analysis (DA) skills • Hands-on expertise in SQL and large-scale data validation • Strong Medicaid / Medicare healthcare domain knowledge • Experience with MES/MMIS or EDW/DDI projects • Understanding of CMS federal reporting requirements • Excellent documentation and stakeholder management skills • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Project, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams
