About the Role We are looking for an HR Assistant to join our team. This role focuses on resolving HR Time & Attendance issues and performing root cause analysis. Key Responsibilities • Triage and resolve HR Time & Attendance issues • Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot using SQL and databases • Work with Kronos/UKG and Oracle PeopleSoft systems • Prioritize payroll-impacting issues and meet SLA targets • Collaborate with global technology, product, and HR teams • Drive process improvements and update SOPs Requirements • Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of HR experience • MBA qualification required • Experience analyzing data using SQL and databases • Knowledge of HR processes and systems such as Kronos/UKG or PeopleSoft • Experience in process improvement and stakeholder management • Excellent English communication skills • Experience working with globally distributed teams
