About the Role We are looking for an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Lead to join our team in Dallas, TX. Key Responsibilities • Lead IAM operations and governance • Implement and manage Microsoft Entra ID, Azure AD, and Active Directory • Conduct access reviews, approvals, and escalation management • Coordinate with stakeholders and manage communication • Utilize PAM, MFA, and identity governance tools Requirements • Strong experience in IAM operations leadership • Expertise in IAM governance and access control • Proficiency with Microsoft Entra ID, Azure AD, and Active Directory • Experience with access reviews, approvals, and escalation management • Familiarity with Jira, ITSM, and service management • Stakeholder coordination and communication skills • Knowledge of PAM, MFA, and identity governance tools
