About the Role We are looking for an IBM FileNet Dev & Support Engineer to join our team. This role involves developing, administering, and configuring IBM FileNet P8 systems, with a focus on banking domain applications. Key Responsibilities • Develop, administer, and configure IBM FileNet 5.x / FileNet P8 systems • Handle upgrades, deployment, and production support for FileNet applications • Implement content migration and work with FileNet APIs • Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis • Utilize monitoring tools like Splunk, AppDynamics, Prometheus, or Grafana • Work with cloud storage solutions and automation tools like Ansible and Terraform • Develop API and microservices for FileNet integration Requirements • 8+ years of experience in IBM FileNet technologies • Mandatory banking domain experience • Strong skills in FileNet Development, Administration, and Configuration • Experience with upgrades, deployment, and production support • Knowledge of FileNet APIs and content migration • Troubleshooting and root cause analysis capabilities • Familiarity with monitoring tools and cloud storage solutions • Experience with automation tools like Ansible and Terraform • API and microservices development experience
